Your article will be featured on the front page for at least one day and remain visible among the opinion* articles for three weeks. After that, your article will be findable via its unique URL for at least a year. This way, your story reaches a broad audience and you contribute to the public debate.

What you need to know:

• Our small, volunteer editorial team will check if your article is suitable. We’re not strict, but conspiracy theories and bizarre stories are not for us.
• Please include a photo you have the rights to. No photo? We’ll find something appropriate.
• No maximum word count, but keep it readable; we don’t publish books.
• You can write in Dutch or English. If you submit in one language, we’ll translate it with AI and check if everything is correct.
• It remains your article. Want it removed later? No problem, just let us know.
