The police received a report around 3:15 PM that a shooting incident had taken place in a shopping center on Troelstralaan. A woman was lightly injured in the incident.
The suspect fled the scene and the police immediately launched a large search operation to find him. Among other resources, the police helicopter and police dogs were deployed. The suspect was found in a house on Poptahof Noord and was arrested there. He is a 30-year-old man from Delft.
