Two Suspects Arrested in Arson Investigation in Breskens

On Thursday evening January 2, the residents of a house on Burgemeester Gerritsenstraat were startled by a loud bang. Heavy fireworks went off at their front door, shattering a window and damaging the front door. Fortunately, no one was injured.  

Arrests
The police immediately launched an investigation and identified the suspects through camera footage. They are a 20-year-old woman from s-Heer Arendskerke and a 21-year-old man from Ossendrecht. Both are being interrogated today.
