Fatal Accident in the Sluiskiltunnel

At 11:30 AM, multiple reports of a serious collision in the Sluiskiltunnel were received at the Operational Center. Emergency services were immediately dispatched, including fire brigade, ambulance, and several police vehicles. In the tunnel, it was found that a truck had crashed into the wall for reasons still unknown. The two victims were inside that truck.
Unfortunately, help came too late, and both died at the scene.

Investigation
The forensic traffic investigation and traffic detection team of the police have immediately started an investigation into the circumstances of the accident. As a result, the Sluiskiltunnel was closed for the entire day. The families of the victims have been notified.
