Action Day
The police received a report via Meld Misdaad Anoniem, containing information that the 46-year-old suspect had drugs in his home and was selling them. On January 30, the basic team planned an action day following this report. The suspect was followed during the afternoon. The police noted several observations that seemed to indicate drug deals. After two observations, the two suspected buyers were subsequently arrested and checked by the police. Both stated that they had bought drugs from the suspect. The police then arrested the 46-year-old suspect from Veenendaal and searched his home and vehicle.
The search yielded two phones, a sum of cash, and various types of drugs. All goods and the suspects vehicle were seized. A care report was made for the suspects children.
