Two Men with Burglary Tools

Officers checked the driver (35) and the passenger (34) because they were possibly driving with stolen license plates. The driver was driving without a valid drivers license and presumably under the influence. A blood test will determine that. In the car, the officers found among other things burglary tools, equipment to siphon gasoline, and an electric bicycle was found in the back of the car. The bicycle was locked and may be stolen. The police are conducting further investigation.
