The IND office in Sint Eustatius is now staffed again. To fully support the services, additional personnel will arrive from Bonaire on January 30. This allows the IND to assist residents more quickly and efficiently.
The Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND) in Sint Eustatius announced in early December 2024 that limited services would be available starting December 17. This was a planned measure for operational reasons.
After the Christmas holidays, an unforeseen situation arose due to a staff members health. As a result, appointments could not proceed temporarily. The IND in Sint Eustatius operates by appointment only. People whose appointments were rescheduled in December and January will be contacted to make a new appointment.
