InfraTech 2025 brings together clients, contractors, and suppliers in the infrastructure sector to share knowledge and find solutions for todays and tomorrows challenges. The theme is Space for Development. How can we keep the Netherlands safe, accessible, and livable in a rapidly changing world? What role does digitalization play in modernizing our bridges, locks, and roads? And how do we build a sustainable infrastructure together?
Interest in the trade fair is evident from the numbers: 30,000 m2 of exhibition space, nearly 500 exhibitors, and an expected 22,000 visitors.
During the official opening, Pieter van Oord, president & CEO of Royal Schiphol Group, gave a short keynote. The revised UAV-GC, important for tendering, was presented. This was followed by a panel discussion on collaboration and innovation.
Martin Wijnen expressed his desire to see the innovative capacity of the market during the event. He will engage with infrastructure companies, the construction campus, and SMEs. This includes visits to stands like GMB, Beens, Mourik, and Van Gelder.
Wijnen also participated in a session on transitioning to a vital infrastructure sector. The meeting concluded with the presentation of special TFI pins.
InfraTech 2025 runs until January 17, with Rijkswaterstaat hosting sixty presentations, knowledge sessions, and workshops. Topics include digitalization, sustainability, and innovation challenges. See the full program.
