Since December 2, 2024, Brazil has officially joined the Eureka network. This expansion brings the Eureka network to 48 countries. In preparation for this association, Brazil, along with the Eureka network, launched several Globalstars calls in recent years. This stimulated international R&D collaboration between Brazil and various Eureka countries.
Through the most recent Globalstars call in 2024, 4 new projects between the Netherlands and Brazil have been approved. Within these, 5 Dutch parties collaborate with 5 organizations from Brazil. The projects represent a total of € 4.6 million in international R&D.
Project Overview
The 4 winning projects are:
TerraGuard - Space4Good B.V.
Development of a complete digital solution for the preservation and management of forests.
SAPLING - ISO Group B.V.
Sustainable and automated planting and sorting logistics to enhance natural plant growth.
AMAZ-NAV - DEMCON unmanned systems B.V. - Stichting Maritiem Research Instituut Nederland

RENASCERR - Radicle Crops (Dutch Quinoa Group B.V.)
