Mayor Jeroen Dijsselbloem has decided to designate a security risk area around PSV-Juventus on Wednesday, February 19. He does this on the advice of the police and in consultation with the Public Prosecution Service. Within this security risk area, the police, at the request of the Public Prosecution Service, may conduct preventive searches.
The area includes the center of Eindhoven, including the surroundings of the stadium, and several access roads to the city center. The decision is in effect from Wednesday, February 19 at 10:00 AM until Thursday, February 20 at 03:00 AM. PSV is also taking measures in and around the stadium for this Champions League match.
