What Happens in a Technical Briefing?

In a technical briefing, officials from a ministry or representatives from the Court of Audit, advisory councils, or research institutions explain the technical aspects of a particular dossier. After this explanation, Members of Parliament have the opportunity to ask questions. These questions are not politically oriented but focus on the facts.
