From March 1, 2025, the NVWA will print veterinary export certificates on white paper. This is because the current blue certificate paper is no longer being produced. Authorities in receiving countries have been informed about this through agricultural attaches.
This change does not apply to phytosanitary certificates.
What changes?
Only the paper will be different.
- The layout and content of the certificates remain unchanged.
- The physical authentication, such as signature, official stamp, and embossing stamp, will be retained.
- The certification process will not change.
