Imagine: you want to apply for a subsidy for a nice initiative in Almere. Until now, you had to fill out various forms and send documents. We thought it could be easier. Therefore, starting September 8, 2025, we are introducing a new digital system: the Subsidy Tracking System (SVS).
What changes for you?
With the SVS, applying for subsidies becomes much easier. You log in, choose the scheme that fits your initiative, and submit your application digitally. Afterwards, you can precisely track what happens with your application. Providing additional documents also goes through this system. Everything organized in one place.
Why this new system?
We want to keep improving our services. The SVS helps us – and you – to make the subsidy process more transparent and efficient. No more paper hassle, but a clear digital process.
Important dates to remember
- From September 8, 2025, you can apply for subsidies via SVS.
- By September 30, 2025, your application must be submitted if you want subsidies for activities that last (almost) the entire year 2026.
- Can’t submit on time? Then request an extension by September 30 via subsidiebureau@almere.nl.
Logging in: what do you need?
- Organizations and entrepreneurs use eRecognition (level EH2+)
- Residents log in with DigiD
If you don’t have a login tool yet, request it in time via eherkenning.nl or digid.nl.
And afterwards?
If your application is submitted on time, you will hear by December 31, 2025, whether you will receive a subsidy. Different deadlines apply for one-time subsidies or applications with extensions – these are stated in the confirmation of your application.
