Good information forms the backbone of our organization. As one of our valued colleagues is soon to enjoy a well-deserved retirement, we are looking for a new Documentary Information Provision (DIV) staff member with a focus on quality. You will ensure that our documents, both digital and paper-based, are carefully registered and managed, and you will support colleagues in following the correct procedures.
With your keen eye, you will safeguard the quality of our information provision and help colleagues work uniformly and meticulously. This way, you will build on the solid foundation laid by your predecessor and visibly contribute to reliable, accessible, and future-proof information within our organization.
What will you do?
In this role, you will be the quality guardian of our documentary information. You will monitor daily information processes, guide colleagues in correctly registering and processing documents, and serve as a familiar point of contact for questions. You will also support them in using our systems, such as the Decos Join case management system, and actively contribute ideas on how to further improve our information management.
Additionally, you will handle archival requests from the organization, perform quality checks, and, when necessary, participate in projects within the DIV cluster. You will work closely with your quality colleague and be a strong sparring partner; together, you will ensure good staffing throughout the week.

Your classification depends on your education, knowledge, and work experience. If relevant work experience is lacking, an introductory scale may apply.
- A personal choice budget (IKB) worth 17.05% of your gross salary, which you can use to supplement your salary or, for example, purchase additional days off.
- Employment for xx hours per week for a period of one year, followed by the prospect of a permanent contract, provided that we both feel we are a good match.
- Reimbursement of travel expenses for commuting at €0.23 per kilometer or, if you work from home, a home-working allowance of €3.25 per day.
- Pension accrual with ABP.
