Sometimes the balance between work, caregiving responsibilities, and personal life becomes so disrupted that it can even lead to absenteeism. That’s precisely why it’s important to make informal caregiving responsibilities—and what they mean for your work—discussable. But how do you do that? And why is it so important?

During the evening, a caregiver will share her personal story. An HR Care Relief Advisor will also speak, offering practical tips and advice on how to discuss informal care at work. Of course, there will also be time to exchange experiences.
