The Dementia Monitor 2026 Launches
The Dementia Monitor is a nationwide survey for people with dementia and their caregivers. By participating, you can share your experiences and help improve care and support for people with dementia.
The large-scale study is conducted every two years by Alzheimer Nederland and Nivel. We urge caregivers and people with dementia to complete the questionnaire.
The questionnaire asks about, among other things:
- How care for your loved one is going
- How burdensome you find the care
- What assistance and support you receive
- What is going well and what could be improved in care and support
Why participate?
Your experiences help municipalities, care organizations, and Alzheimer Nederland better understand what caregivers need. The results are used to improve care, support, and policy.
For every municipality where at least 50 caregivers complete the questionnaire, a separate report is generated. The more participants, the clearer the local needs become.
Go to the website and fill out the questionnaire. Thank you in advance for your contribution.
