Cultural associations in Heusden reflect on their future
On the evening of Monday, March 9, board members and members of various cultural associations and foundations from the municipality of Heusden gathered. They participated in the Toekomstkijk (Future Look), a method developed by Kunstloc Brabant. With this, they explored how future-proof their associations are.
Using 10 factors, they examined aspects such as their organization, finances, visibility, members, and volunteers. Participants first assessed these themselves, after which the results were shared. This allowed them to collectively brainstorm solutions for bottlenecks and consider what could be done differently.
While attendance was not large, the participants from women's band Saxebelle, choir Zangkoor Tres Jolie, Stichting Theaterplatform (Theater Platform Foundation), and Dickens Festijn were highly engaged. A great deal of knowledge was exchanged. Everyone left with new ideas to work on for the future of their clubs.
