Join the National Cleanup Day on March 21
On March 21, it's time again for the National Cleanup Day. In various villages within our municipality, Stichting Blauwe Zone and Stichting Groen Licht, with support from the municipality, are organizing fun cleanup activities where everyone can participate. Together, we'll roll up our sleeves to make our surroundings a little cleaner and more beautiful. Will you join in? Grabbers, trash bags, and gloves will be available at the locations for you.
Four cleanup activities in the municipality
On March 21, you can participate at one of the four locations:
- Rijpwetering / Oud Ade – Walk & Pick
- Start: ROAC canteen
- Check-in: from 9:30 AM
- Cleanup: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Roelofarendsveen – Sail & Pick (with canoe, SUP, or whisper boat)
- Start: De Veense Bukker
- Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Oude Wetering – Walk & Pick
- Start: near Dirk
- Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
