At the end of February, you will receive the municipal tax assessment. Are you the owner of the property? Then you will also find the WOZ value of your property on the assessment. This is the value of the property as of 1 January 2025.
Do you receive your mail digitally via MijnOverheid? Then you will find the assessment in your digital message box.
Have you not yet received the assessment by early March? Then please contact us.
Paying in instalments
If you pay via automatic direct debit, we will automatically deduct the amount from your account in 10 instalments. You do not need to do anything for this.
