In the summer of 2025, we conducted research into recreation and tourism in Stevensweert. Residents shared their opinions and ideas via a questionnaire. Together with you as a resident of Stevensweert, we want to further develop these ideas.

To further improve recreation and tourism in Stevensweert, we are setting up 2 advisory groups: one consisting of residents and one of entrepreneurs. Both groups will contribute ideas on how to make Stevensweert more vibrant and attractive for residents and visitors alike.
Each group is expected to meet twice to gather ideas. A possible additional meeting may follow at a later stage to finalise the plans. Are you a resident of Stevensweert and would you like to get involved? Then please sign up by Wednesday, 1 April 2026 at the latest. Entrepreneurs do not need to register via this form; they will receive a separate invitation.
When signing up, we ask for your gender and age, as we aim to create a diverse group. On 2 April, we will select participants from all registrations, and you will receive a response by 3 April at the latest to let you know whether you can participate.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a maximum of 10 residents of different ages who:
- want to contribute ideas for recreation and tourism
- enjoy actively contributing to the future of Stevensweert
- are willing to engage in a few discussions with the municipality
What will this group of residents do?
Together with the other participants, you will:
- respond to ideas and proposals from the municipality
- come up with ideas that help strengthen Stevensweert’s potential
- indicate what residents consider important for Stevensweert
- help determine which improvements are feasible and promising
