Construction begins on new social housing at Spronksweg–Hollanderstraat
Construction officially begins on 62 new social housing units at Spronksweg–Hollanderstraat in Oldebroek. On the site where 28 single-family homes previously stood, housing corporation Omnia Wonen and construction company Heijmans are developing a new residential area featuring energy-efficient apartments and ground-level homes. The thirty two-room apartments are primarily intended for young people, young professionals, and urgent housing seekers. Priority for the 22 three-room apartments will be given to housing movers.
