The housing vision of Stadskanaal to be included in the Environmental Vision
The municipal executive of the municipality of Stadskanaal has announced its intention, pursuant to Article 3.4 of the Environmental Act, to adopt an amendment to the Environmental Vision. To this end, it has published the ‘Draft Environmental Vision Municipality of Stadskanaal, first amendment – Housing Vision’ for public inspection for a period of six weeks, during which anyone may submit their views on the proposal. The planning area covers the entire territory of the municipality of Stadskanaal.
What is the reason for this?
The housing market is constantly evolving and changing. The choices we make today will determine how we live in the future. For this reason, the municipality of Stadskanaal has spent the past year developing a new housing vision. The concept housing vision is now complete and has been incorporated into a draft amendment to the Environmental Vision of the municipality of Stadskanaal. This draft is now ready for public inspection as part of the public consultation procedure.
