Free compost during National Compost Day
Much of the waste we throw away every day contains valuable raw materials that can be reused. For example, vegetable, fruit, and food scraps (VGF+F) are used to make compost. This compost nourishes the soil and helps plants grow better. Waste separation really makes a difference: it turns waste into something valuable again! To thank our residents for separating their VGF+F waste, we will be giving away free compost on Saturday, 28 March during National Compost Day.
