Walk-in hours for assistance with completing income declarations
The way you can digitally submit your income to us via the new resident portal MijnInkomen ( inwonersportaal.zoetermeer.nl ) works differently from the previous portal. We understand that handling matters digitally is not easy for everyone. Do you have questions about the new portal or need help with this change? You can get assistance during walk-in hours or through the Formulierenbrigade.
Visit between March 23 and April 2 for assistance
We are organizing walk-in hours in the coming period where you can come by without an appointment for questions and assistance with completing your income declarations.
The walk-in hours will take place at Locatie Zuidwaarts 9 (formerly known as Werkplein, Zuidwaarts 9 next to the ANWB store).
You can visit on the following days:
- Monday, March 23 - from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:00
