Provisional results of the Zwijndrecht municipal council election
On Wednesday, 18 March 2026, residents of Zwijndrecht cast their votes to elect a new municipal council. A total of 15,707 out of 35,481 eligible voters participated, resulting in a turnout of 44.3%. In the 2022 municipal council elections, the turnout was 43%.
The Zwijndrecht municipal council consists of 27 councillors. The new provisional seat distribution is as follows:
