Five advices received the so-called dictum A. This is a positive advice and means that the Advisory Division has no remarks on the proposal. These advices concern:
- Decree establishing decentralization and integration allowances 2021
- Law implementing the European central access point
- Amendment of the Childcare Act related to the improvement of certain provisions regarding childcare allowance
- Amendment of the Integration Decree 2021 concerning the adjustment of the reservation scheme
- Treaty between the Netherlands and Germany on the exploitation of cross-border hydrocarbon fields in the North Sea
One advice also received a positive advice, the so-called dictum B. The Advisory Division has a few remarks on this proposal and advises to take them into account before submitting the proposal to the House of Representatives. This advice concerns the Decree on professional trainees in early childhood education and interactive reading.
And one advice received a critical advice last week, dictum C. The Advisory Division has several objections to the proposal to amend the General Customs Decree related to the implementation of the Customs Data Provision Act for police or supervision tasks. The advice to the government is therefore not to submit the proposal to the House of Representatives, unless it is amended.
