A real vitamin boost
Composting is a natural process in which vegetable and fruit scraps, leaves and other garden waste are transformed into nutrient-rich soil. Bacteria, fungi and small soil organisms such as worms and insects help break down the waste, turning it into compost within weeks or months: a rich, fertile soil that helps plants thrive.
