On Tuesday, March 24, 2026, there will be an open house and co-creation evening about the development of the new residential area Biesvelden II.
On Tuesday, March 24, 2026, BPD | Bouwfonds Gebiedsontwikkeling and FIT Real Estate, in collaboration with the municipality of Asten, will host an open house and co-creation evening about the development of the new residential area Biesvelden II. This area will complete Asten Oost and is set to become a nature-inclusive, climate-adaptive neighbourhood with a true Asten character.
Open house event
The event will take place at ’t Kwartier (Kerkstraat 10). Visitors can drop in at their convenience between 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM; the evening will conclude by 8:00 PM at the latest.
No finalised plan yet
There is no definitive plan for Biesvelden II yet. The developers therefore want to involve residents at an early stage. During the evening, visitors can walk past various theme panels and share their ideas, wishes, and points of attention. For example, about what you find important, what should be preserved, or how you view certain topics. The input will be incorporated into the further development of the plan.
