The application for an environmental permit (BOPA – *Buitenplanse Omgevingsplanactiviteit*) was submitted in December 2025. The permit has been granted today, March 18, 2026.

The striking wooden building at the Bosscheweg–Dukaat roundabout is one of the designated infill development sites in Boxtel. The current office designation no longer aligns with demand and usage: the building is largely vacant, and the remaining lease agreements expire in early 2027.
