Adjusted opening hours for Customer Contact Centre from 10 April
Many matters can be arranged digitally with the municipality. Sometimes it is necessary to visit the town hall. To apply for travel documents and other services, you will need an appointment. Travel documents and driving licences can be collected without an appointment at the reception desk.
The Customer Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday for this purpose. On weekdays, we are available by phone until 12:30.
What is changing?
From 10 April 2026, the opening hours of our Customer Contact Centre on Fridays will change. The town hall will then close at 13:00. The new arrangement is that you can collect travel documents and driving licences on Fridays without an appointment until 13:00.
Like many other municipalities, we are making choices regarding our opening hours in order to continue providing good and reliable services within the available budget.
