Weekend closure Heistraat postponed: 20 to 22 March
Due to weather forecasts, the planned roadworks on Heistraat, originally scheduled from Friday 13 March 20:00 to no later than Monday 16 March 06:00, cannot proceed as planned.
The roadworks have therefore been postponed by one week, now taking place from Friday 20 March starting at 20:00 until Sunday 22 March.
During this period, work will be carried out to extend the lifespan of the new roundabout.
It will not be possible to drive around the roundabout. Traffic will be diverted, as indicated by yellow diversion signs. Heistraat will remain open for (moped) cyclists.
The roadworks are weather-dependent. In the event of unfavourable weather, the works and closure will be postponed again.
