The municipal polling station has today announced the preliminary results of the municipal council elections in the municipality of Drimmelen. A total of 12,861 votes were cast, representing a turnout of 56%. Drimmelen is thus slightly above the national average of 54%. The turnout is approximately 3 percentage points higher than in the 2022 municipal council elections.
Parties
The preliminary results show the following picture:
- The VVD is the largest party in the municipality of Drimmelen with 2,969 votes (23%).
- Combinatie Algemeen Belang follows closely with 2,843 votes (22%).
- Lijst Harry Bakker received 2,040 votes (16%), followed by Groen Drimmelen (VP/D66) with 1,695 votes (13%).
