Tips
- Pay close attention in the coming period when opening links in emails, text messages, and apps. You can recognize a suspicious email, text message, or app by typos and unknown senders. Check the phone number. Or what is after the '@' sign of an email address.
- Do you receive a phone call? It is possible that a real employee of your bank or another company is calling. You can check this by asking for the name of the employee and the general phone number of the company. Indicate that you want to check if the person is a real employee and hang up. Check on the company's website if the number matches. Does the number match? Then call yourself and ask for the employee you had on the line.
