On Saturday, March 21, it's National Cleanup Day. On this day, volunteers across the Netherlands will help clean up litter. Gorinchem is also taking part. You are warmly invited to join in. The more hands, the cleaner it will become!
The Program
On Saturday, March 21, you will join other residents in cleaning up litter along the banks of the Steenenhoek Canal. The Gorinchem Sea Scouts will also assist from the water.
You are welcome from 9:30 AM at the Gorcum Rowing and Sailing Club on Kleine Landtong 3. Coffee will be served. At 10:00 AM, we will start working together until 12:00 PM. You’ll enjoy a pleasant morning outdoors in the fresh air, make our city a little cleaner, and see the immediate results!
Afterward, you can enjoy a well-deserved bowl of soup.
