Parent Meet-Up: Raising Children – How?
Sometimes you think, if only there was a manual for my child. Because everyone wants to guide their children as well as possible through life. We hope they grow up to be confident young people who know what they want. That they feel good in their own skin, build a nice social circle around them, and can handle the difficult moments that come their way. But how do you do that?
That’s why Bibliotheek Heusden, together with Bijeen and the GGD, is organizing Parent Meet-Ups for parents and caregivers of children aged 0 to 12. A moment to share experiences, hear from others and an expert about what works, and take home new tips.
Themes
Each month, a different parenting theme takes center stage. In March, we start with the general theme of ‘raising children’. The first meeting is on March 30 at 19:30 in Bibliotheek Drunen. You can register via www.bibliotheekheusden.nl (Links to an external website). Meet-Ups with themes such as dealing with emotions and healthy online behavior will also follow in April, May, and in the autumn. Keep an eye on our channels and the website of Bibliotheek Heusden for more information and registration.
