I have lost my polling pass
Have you not yet received your polling pass or have you lost it? You can request a replacement polling pass.
You can request this in writing from the municipality. Use the form Request for replacement polling pass. Do this by no later than 5 days before election day. If you request the pass in person, this can be done by no later than 1 day before the elections until 12:00 noon.
