Here are the provisional results of the municipal council election in the municipality of Ooststellingwerf.
In our municipality, the votes were counted centrally. This means that on Wednesday evening, an initial count was conducted at the polling station. At this stage, we only tallied the number of votes each party received. On Thursday, all votes for the candidates were counted during the meeting of the municipal electoral board (GSB). The final result for the entire municipality was then calculated.
The definitive result, including the allocation of seats, will be announced by the central electoral board during the public meeting on Thursday, 26 March 2026, at 10:00 AM.
