Announcement of intended sale of a green strip
We intend to sell a green strip within 4 weeks of the date of publication. The green strip is located at the front of the property Hoeveweg 25 in Zierikzee, cadastrally registered in the municipality of Zierikzee, section H, number 253 (partially), case number 1678347.
Reason
The green strip borders the applicant’s property. This means the applicant meets the conditions of our green strip and residual parcels policy 2017 (pdf, 219 KB). We therefore believe the applicant is the only serious candidate for purchase.
Responding
