Royal honour for Frank Kroese
For his many years of dedication in the fields of music, well-being and sport, Frank Kroese has been awarded a royal honour. He was appointed Member of the Order of Orange-Nassau.
Frank was elected chairman of the DSM Men’s Choir in 1994 and has served as treasurer since 1998. He has played a crucial role in the choir’s organisation. Among other achievements, he led concert tours to Prague and Luxembourg and ensured excellent financial management of the choir, including budgets, annual accounts and membership fees. He also authored a commemorative publication for the choir’s 70th anniversary.
In addition, Frank has contributed to the RELIM Group as a supervisor, applying his expertise in HR advice and financial policy to support the well-being of people with long-term mental or psychiatric disabilities.
Neighbourhood mediation
Since 2019, Frank has worked as a mediator for Buurtbemiddeling Westelijke Mijnstreek, resolving dozens of cases and mentoring new mediators.
