Travelling mini-exhibition on Steenwijkerland’s Environmental Vision
What does the future hold for our cities, villages, centres and neighbourhoods? Where will new homes be built? And where will there be space for businesses? How do we view our agricultural areas? And where will we spend our leisure time? These are the questions addressed in our Environmental Vision, which was adopted by the municipal council in January of this year.
Launch on 26 March at the municipal office
A summary of the Environmental Vision has been created and displayed on panels. With images and text, you will learn about the different sub-areas and how we envision their future. Over the coming period, these panels will be set up in various locations throughout our municipality. The travelling mini-exhibition will launch on Thursday, 26 March at 4:00 PM in the municipal office in Steenwijk.
Come and find out more
At the launch of the mini-exhibition on Thursday, 26 March, you will have the opportunity to receive an explanation and ask questions to municipal staff between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The panels will then be on display in the municipal office during opening hours for the next three weeks before embarking on a tour of various centres. An overview of these locations will be published shortly on our information page and on the website www.steenwijkerland.nl/omgevingsvisie.
