The Mayor and Aldermen of the Municipality of Wassenaar announce that a trailer has been parked on the public road Jasmijnpad in Wassenaar for an extended period. This is in violation of Article 5:6, paragraph 2 of the Wassenaar General Local Bylaws 2024. Since the owner of this vehicle cannot be traced in the Dutch Vehicle Authority register, pursuant to Article 36, paragraph 5 of the Dutch Road Traffic Act 1994, the trailer is classified as “neglected.”
