First results of the Municipal Council Elections
On March 18, residents of Zaanstad were able to vote in the municipal council elections. The polling stations closed at 9:00 PM on March 18. The municipality of Zaanstad will centrally count the votes on Thursday, March 19, at the Topsportcentrum in Koog aan de Zaan. We will recount the votes per party and also count the votes per candidate for each party.
