On Thursday, 26 March, the final results of the municipal council elections in the municipality of Barneveld were confirmed by the central polling station. No objections were submitted. A total of 33 council seats were up for distribution. The SGP won 11 seats, Lokaal Belang 6 seats, CDA 5 seats, ChristenUnie 3 seats, Pro’98 3 seats, VVD 3 seats, and BBB 2 seats.
