Bergeijk working on inclusive and accessible toilets
In 2025, the municipal council requested that the municipality of Bergeijk increase its efforts to provide inclusive and accessible public toilets. This has led to the development of a plan to ensure that toilets meet full inclusion standards. On the MDL Fund’s ‘Toilet Friendliness in Municipalities’ ranking, Bergeijk previously ranked 331st out of 342. Of course, this is not where our municipality should be!
