Curious about the latest developments surrounding the construction of Windpark De Pals? During an information evening on Wednesday 8 April, we would like to update you on the current status of the project.
Along the A67, between the De Pals nature area and the Belgian border, four wind turbines will be built. Together, they will form Windpark De Pals. The development and implementation of the wind farm is in the hands of initiator Renewable Factory. The wind turbines will have a tip height of 240 metres and will generate sustainable energy for around 22,000 households. This is a significant step towards a more sustainable Bladel.
Part of the proceeds from the wind farm will flow back into the local area. Residents can participate financially through a bond scheme. In addition, we are investing in a pleasant and future-proof living environment through two funds. Think of projects for more nature and biodiversity, recreational opportunities, a stronger landscape and future-proof agriculture. We will further elaborate on this in the coming period.
