Completion of public space in Burgt phase 1
In residential district De Burgt phase 1, nearly all homes are now complete. This means it is time to begin the finishing touches on the public space, including the greenery in the district and the streets.
What have we already done?
In June 2025, we gathered the wishes of residents. These have largely been incorporated into the presentation drawing. In November 2025, we also presented the design for the Parkzone Peelrandbreuk. What is still on the agenda?
We are now at the stage where we will put the work out to tender. If everything goes according to plan, we will select the contractor to carry out the work on May 20. The work is expected to start in June 2026. The plan is to begin with the Breukrand area. By the end of 2026, we will then move on to the area around Valeriaan. In 2027, we will complete the section between Bernhardstraat and Burgtweg. At the end of 2027, we will finish the park zone. We expect to deliver this beautiful part of Boekel in early 2028.
