The municipality of Boxtel is collaborating with the project initiator on the transformation of the distinctive building D’n Daalder at Bosscheweg 107. The application for an environmental permit (BOPA – *Buitenplanse Omgevingsplanactiviteit*) was submitted in December 2025. The permit has been granted today, March 18, 2026.
From office building to residential location
The striking wooden building at the Bosscheweg–Dukaat roundabout is one of the designated infill development sites in Boxtel. The current office designation no longer aligns with demand and usage: the building is largely vacant, and the remaining lease agreements expire in early 2027. The project initiator plans to transform the building into 55 apartments, creating a new residential location in an already built-up area.
