Working on the future transport system
On behalf of our municipality, Alderman Pouwel Inberg has signed the implementation agenda for public mobility. He did so together with administrators from the other municipalities in the Regio Stedendriehoek and the municipality of Hattem. In the implementation agenda, the municipalities agree to work together on a better and more coherent transport system for residents.
The goal is for public transport, Wmo transport, volunteer transport and shared mobility to better align with each other. This is necessary because the region is growing, people are travelling differently and the number of elderly people is increasing. By working together, the municipalities want to ensure that residents can continue to travel easily in the future and participate independently in work, care and social activities.
