Work on Kruislandseweg completed earlier than planned
Work on the Kruislandseweg in Oud Gastel began at the end of January. Phases 1 and 2 have been completed successfully. Thanks to the hard work of all parties involved, the section from Kerkstraat to the provincial roundabout N640 can now be completed by Friday, 3 April at 6:00 PM, instead of Friday, 10 April. We can now proceed to phase 3.
Phase 3 will start on Friday, 3 April at 6:00 PM. During this phase, the NUTS parties will carry out the main work, including work on the various major cables and pipelines on Kerkstraat and Moleneind.
Diversions from early April to late May
- During this phase, the Kruislandseweg will remain open to traffic.
- Kerkstraat will be inaccessible from the Kruislandseweg.
- Moleneind will be inaccessible from the Kruislandseweg.
- The intersection of Kruidenlaan and Watermolen will remain accessible.
- Klaverweide and Roosendaalsebaan will remain accessible via Vaccaweg.
- The village centre will remain accessible via Kruidenlaan, Meirstraat, and Rijpersweg.
- One-way traffic on Meirstraat will be suspended during this phase.
After late May
