Registration open for 2 plots in De Wieken II in Lutten
From Thursday, 26 March 2026, interested parties can register for 2 semi-detached plots in the De Wieken II residential area in Lutten.
Last available plots
De Wieken II is being expanded on the southern side of Lutten with approximately 50 homes. The neighbourhood is being developed in phases. In 2023, most of the plots in phase 2 were already sold or reserved. In addition to a location where residents can jointly build terraced houses (CPO), two plots remain available. It is now clear what the construction plan will look like and how much space is left. The municipality can therefore now allocate these plots.
Semi-detached plots
These are two plots for a semi-detached house. Registrants will jointly build their home with another builder. The plots are approximately 308 and 313 square metres in size.
Plot prices
These plots cost €241.55 per square metre (excluding 21% VAT). The price is higher than during the allocation in 2023. This is because the housing market and land prices have changed in recent years.
